RCMP logoPolice services are provided by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and two detachments operate in the large rural area of the municipality of Beausoleil. The Shediac detachment is responsible for the Shediac Bridge, Shediac River and Grande-Digue wards, while the Richibucto RCMP detachment is responsible for the Cocagne (up to the Highway 11 bridge at Cocagne Sud) and Notre-Dame de Kent wards.
