The role of our bylaw enforcement officers is to ensure that our bylaws are respected and enforced. They also deal with complaints about unsafe or unsightly areas.

Previously, these services were coordinated solely by the Kent Regional Services Commission. However, the Communauté rurale de Beausoleil feels it is essential to employ its own officers in order to strengthen the enforcement of its by-laws and to assume community oversight responsibilities. Therefore, in 2024, the community has hired two full-time officers who will be dedicated to these missions within our community.
